To minimise infection risks, dedicated dialysis units are available for HBsAg and HCV-positive patients. Critically ill patients benefit from in-ICU dialysis services and advanced renal replacement therapies such as Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), Continuous Veno-Venous Hemofiltration (CVVH), and Continuous Arteriovenous Haemodialysis (CAVH).

The department also offers plasmapheresis, peritoneal dialysis, and CAPD training for patients and caregivers.
