Limited parking is available within the hospital premises, on first come fist serve basis. Public car park is available across the road.

   

An SMS will be received on your registered number, after every booking. The sms will have a link if you are visiting BMH for the first time. Please click the link and fill in the details and submit to pre register.

A reminder IVR call will be received a day prior to the appointment. If you wish, the booking can be cancelled through the call itself and a request for a call back for changing the date can also be made through the same call.

An IVR feedback call will be received after your consultation to check if you were satisfied with the services. In case you mentioned that you were not satisfied, a call will be made where you can express your concern in detail.

 

After you visit

Register at any self-service kiosk if you are visiting the hospital for the first time and have not completed pre-registration. You can also scan the QR code placed at various locations in the lobby or use the online link to fill in your pre-registration details before approaching a counter.

If you have visited the hospital even once before, you do not need to register again. Simply contact any billing counter, and the staff will help you retrieve your UHID (Unique Hospital Identification) number.

 

Kozhikode:
Wheelchairs and trolleys are available at the entrances of B Block and C Block. Attendants will provide the required wheelchair or trolley and assist you safely to your destination. During your consultation, you can request this service from the Customer Relations Executive in the OP areas, the OP Attendant, or the Customer Relations Department at Room No. 7045, Ground Floor, C Block.

Kannur:
Wheelchairs and trolleys are available on the Ground Floor near the lobby (close to the Front Office). Attendants will assist you to your required destination, and during consultation, you may contact the Customer Relations Executive or OP Attendant for support.

Thodupuzha:
Wheelchairs and trolleys are available at the main entrance and in front of the Emergency Department. Attendants will assist you to your destination as needed, and support can be requested from the Customer Relations Executive or OP Attendant.

Kannur:
Wheelchairs and trolleys are available on the Ground Floor near the lobby (close to the Front Office). Attendants will assist you to your required destination, and during consultation, you may contact the Customer Relations Executive or OP Attendant for support.

Vadakara:
Wheelchairs and trolleys are available on the Ground Floor and at the Emergency Department. Attendants will help you reach your required destination, and you may contact the Customer Relations Executive or OP Attendant for assistance during your visit.

      

Payments can be made at any of the billing counters, self-service kiosks, or MPOS devices available across the hospital. Once the payment is completed, you may proceed directly to the doctor’s OPD. Billing counters are conveniently placed in multiple areas within the hospital for easy access. Some counters operate 24/7, while others function according to OPD timings.

Kozhikode

If you are visiting for a consultation, paying by card, or coming for a follow-up visit, you can check in at any of the six self-service kiosks placed at B Block Ground Floor, C Block Ground Floor, or C Block 1st Floor. These kiosks can also be used to book new appointments, register a patient visiting the hospital for the first time, and view maps to all OPDs.

Kannur 

Self-service kiosks are available on the Ground Floor near the Reception. You can use these kiosks to check in for consultations or follow-up visits, complete card payments, book new appointments, and register first-time patients.

 

Mobile Point of Sale ( MPOS ) devices are available with selected Front Office staff and CREs. Advance deposits and payments for investigations can be made through them

      

Once you have checked in from any of the Kiosks or billing counters and have reached outside the doctors OP, your booking time ( in case you have an appointment ) or token number ( in case you have checked in as a walk in ) would flash on the QMS TV placed outside, indicating that the doctor is ready to see you.

          

Billing for investigations and procedures can be done at any of the OP counters spread across the hospitals. Payment and Billing should be done prior to proceeding to the lab or other investigative/procedure rooms.

        

Once the results of your investigations are ready you will receive and SMS stating that your results are ready. Lab results can be viewed on your smart phone. The SMS will have a link. Clinking the link will take you to the online report page and prompt you for adding your UHID. Once that is entered your will receive an OTP ( one time password ) on the registered mobile number. After entering the OTP, you will be able to download the result. The file will be available in the downloads folder in case Android. For IOS ( Apple ) users pop ups needs to be activated for the results to be viewed.

             

If you want to meet the doctor the same day for reviewing the result, you may go the OPD directly. Please remember to book your appointment for your next review before you leave the hospital.
